Brown and Caldwell, Inc. is seeking a Structural Designer with expertise in Revit and AutoCAD to develop detailed concrete plan and section drawings, as well as steel structure drawings and pipe rack layouts.

The role involves stair detailing, column/beam scheduling, and coordinating with other disciplines to resolve clashes. A degree in structural design or related field is required with at least two years of experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in structural design or related experience
• Degree in structural design or related field required
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD for concrete and steel drawings
• Experience with pipe rack layouts and supports

Responsibilities

• Develop concrete plan and section drawings
• Support structural engineers with drawing development and layout
• Complete red line mark-ups and address design comments
• Work on steel structure drawing development
• Perform pipe rack framing and layout tasks
• Generate stair detailing plans and sections using Revit/AutoCAD
• Manage column and beam scheduling
• Engage in cross discipline model coordination/clash resolution
• Adapt to additional assignments as needed
