Job summary

Brown and Caldwell, Greenville, SC, seeks a Structural Design professional skilled in Revit and AutoCAD to produce concrete plan and section drawings and develop detailed steel structure drawings. The role includes laying out pipe racks and supports, and scheduling columns and beams for project milestones.

You will coordinate with other disciplines to resolve model clashes and ensure seamless integration under moderate supervision, with mentorship as needed to help junior staff grow.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD for concrete plan/section drawings.
• Experience developing steel structure drawings and pipe rack layouts.
• Minimum 2 years in structural design or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Develop concrete plan and section drawings.
• Support structural engineers with drawing development and layout.
• Complete red line markups and address design comments.
• Work on steel structure drawing development.
• Perform pipe rack framing and support layout tasks.
• Generate stair detailing plans using Revit/AutoCAD.
• Schedule columns and beams as per design gates/milestones.
• Coordinate cross-discipline model coordination and clash resolution.
