Brown and Caldwell in the United States seeks a Structural Design professional focused on concrete and steel drawings using Revit and AutoCAD. You will produce detailed plan and section drawings, coordinate with other disciplines, and resolve model clashes under moderate supervision with room for independent judgment.

Responsibilities include developing concrete and steel drawings, laying out pipe racks and supports, scheduling columns and beams, and producing stair detailing plans.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in structural design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in structural design or related experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop concrete plan and section drawings.
• Support structural engineers with drawing development and layout.
• Complete red line mark‑ups and address design comments.
• Work on steel structure drawing development.
• Perform tasks involving pipe rack framing and support layout.
• Generate stair detailing plans and sections using Revit/AutoCAD.
• Understand level of detail at project design gates and milestones.
• Manage column and beam scheduling.
• Engage in cross‑discipline model coordination and clash resolution.
• Remain flexible to adapt and execute additional assignments.
