Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis.
• E.I.T. certification preferred; P.E. licensure highly desirable.
• Experience with steel design and practical structural steel projects.
• Experience using structural analysis and design software.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design custom steel transmission structures.
• Review customer specifications and design criteria.
• Perform structural calculations and load analysis.
• Prepare complete engineering packages and calculations.
• Review engineering drawings and design revisions.
• Support fabrication and manufacturing teams.
• Resolve technical questions throughout project execution.
• Communicate with customers regarding engineering requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and operations teams.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis preferred)

E.I.T. certification

Position Summary

This position is responsible for the structural analysis and design of custom steel transmission structures and related products. Engineers work closely with customers, project management, drafting, manufacturing, estimating, and commercial teams to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective engineering solutions.
