Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis or equivalent.
• E.I.T. certification preferred; PE licensure highly desirable.
• Steel design coursework and/or practical structural steel experience.
• Experience using structural analysis and design software.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to work with customers.
• Ability to collaborate with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design custom steel structures.
• Review customer specifications and design criteria.
• Perform structural calculations and load analysis.
• Prepare complete engineering packages and calculations.
• Review engineering drawings and design revisions.
• Support fabrication and manufacturing teams.
• Resolve technical questions throughout project execution.

Position Summary
