Bayer is seeking an Institutional & Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Consultant for the Lafayette, IN region to drive education and clinical demand for stroke prevention therapies. The role covers hospitals and health systems, building strategic relationships with C-suite and pharmacy leaders, and leading territory plans with cross-functional teams.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or 10 years of related sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet credentialing

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to meet customer credentialing and safety requirements.
• Experience selling into hospitals or health systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive clinical demand, education, and sales by communicating the value of Asundexian in stroke prevention.
• Lead formulary access by navigating P&T committees and influencing protocol adoption across health systems.
• Build strategic relationships with priority institutions and key stakeholders, including neurologists.
• Develop territory business plans based on local market insights and collaborate with internal teams for a successful launch.
• Demonstrate expertise in disease state, marketplace, competitors, and cross-functional plans; identify opportunities and risks.
