Bayer is recruiting for an Institutional & Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Consultant to cover Las Vegas, NV, and surrounding hospitals and health systems. The role focuses on Asundexian in stroke prevention, building relationships with senior healthcare leaders, and leading formulary efforts as a launch-ready commercial asset.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (or 10 years of relevant sales experience), strong communication and presentation skills, and a track record in selling

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of relevant sales experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience selling into hospitals, health systems, or institutional accounts.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to meet credentialing and safety requirements.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Drive clinical demand, education, and sales by communicating the value of Asundexian in stroke prevention.
• Lead formulary access by navigating P&T committees and influencing protocol adoption across health systems.
• Build strategic relationships with priority institutions and neurologists to support launch.
• Develop territory business plans based on local market insights and collaborate with internal teams.
• Demonstrate disease state and market knowledge and identify opportunities and risks.
• Analyze competitive landscape and identify opportunities and risks.
