Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Chair the stroke committee with medical leadership.
• Oversee stroke patient care to meet care standards and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to stroke alerts and support care staff.
• Develop and provide education for physicians, nursing, EMS and staff.
• Abstract data for regulatory reporting and quality improvement.
• Analyze outcomes data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Participate in system stroke committee meetings and implement system initiatives.
• Facilitate community outreach and risk screenings related to stroke.
