Responsibilities

• Provides oversight and management of the program’s quality metrics and outcomes.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to meet regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with stroke guidelines.
• Analyzes data and outcomes to identify trends and drive process improvements.
• Participates in system level committees and integrates system initiatives at the entity level.
• Leads and manages direct reports in alignment with system priorities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
• Abide by PHI handling and annual training requirements.
• Travel up to 10% as required.
