Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program.
• Associate's Degree and five (5) years of recent and relevant clinical experience related to stroke care.
• Bachelor's Degree and three (3) years of recent and relevant clinical experience related to stroke care.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Programmatic initiatives for the stroke sub-service line and assure compliance with Primary Stroke Center certification requirements.
• Serve as the point of contact for stroke treatment throughout the hospital and collaborate with stakeholders on all stroke efforts.
• Coordinate and manage care of stroke patients to meet service needs, ensure continuity of care, and eliminate fragmentation across settings.
