Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an hourly Personal Training Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping them move better and feel healthier. You’ll build relationships, deliver safe programs, and promote stretch services on the gym floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Personal Trainer and CPR/AED certification required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax stretching
• Leads clients through recovery sessions using techniques like assisted stretching, hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills
• Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other personal training services
• Documents all aspects of client programming
• Provides fitness floor assistance to all members to ensure safety, provide education, and motivate members
