Life Time Inc. seeks a Personal Training-Hourly Stretch Specialist to support members by delivering branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping them move better and feel healthier. You will build safe, effective programs, educate members, and uphold the Life Time Brand.

The role emphasizes customer service, program delivery, and promoting stretch sessions while maintaining thorough client documentation and ongoing certification updates.

Qualifications

• Certified personal trainer with CPR and AED certification.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity and lift up to 50 pounds.
• 1 year of personal training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to achieve goals and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF.
• Leads recovery sessions using assisted stretching, hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other training services.
• Documents all aspects of client programming and completes admin requirements.
