Job summary
Life Time Inc. seeks a Personal Training-Hourly Stretch Specialist to support members by delivering branded assisted stretch and recovery sessions, building relationships, and upholding the Life Time Brand.
The role focuses on educating and guiding members to improve mobility, comfort, and overall well-being. Responsibilities include designing client programs, leading stretch sessions with techniques like PNF, promoting sessions, and maintaining client records while staying current on
Qualifications
- Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
- Customer service and safety minded for member sessions.
- Certification as a Personal Trainer and CPR/AED
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred in related field, AIS/FST certification welcome.
Responsibilities
- Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement.
- Lead clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax.
- Lead recovery sessions using assisted stretching, percussive tools, and breathing drills.
- Promote and sell stretch session programs and other personal training services.
- Document client programming and maintain accurate records.
