Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Reston, VA seeks a Personal Training-Hourly Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping them feel and move better while delivering an educational, brand-aligned experience.

You will build personalized programs, lead sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques, and promote stretch services. The role includes safety, client education, and ongoing certification upkeep, with commissions tied to product performance.

Qualifications

• Certified personal trainer with current CPR/AED certification.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to guide clients through stretch sessions safely.
• Able to perform aerobic activity for class duration and lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to achieve goals.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax.
• Leads recovery sessions with assisted stretching, hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Reads, watches, and engages in required training associated with the role.
• Conducts stretch demos and goal setting to assess programs.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety and education.
• Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other training services.
• Completes all administrative requirements and documents client progress.
• Keeps certifications and continues education to advance in the levels program.
• Ensures members feel competent, confident, and connected through excellent service.
