Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a part-time Stretch Specialist to deliver branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping members feel and move better while building relationships. You will educate, support, and uphold Life Time Brand standards as you drive client goals and retention.

You will lead sessions using stretching techniques, provide safety education on the fitness floor, and promote additional training services to members.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED certification.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques required.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for class duration; needs mobility to bend, stand, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Lead clients through assisted stretch sessions and recovery sessions.
• Provide fitness floor assistance, education, and safety on the floor.
• Promote and sell stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Document client programming and maintain accurate records.
