Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Stamford, CT is seeking PT-Stretch Specialists to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping them feel and move better. You will build relationships, deliver education, and uphold the Life Time Brand.

You will lead stretch and recovery programs, assist with training, and promote related services while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified personal Trainer certification required.
• CPR and AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax stretching.
• Leads clients through recovery sessions using assisted stretching, Hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Reads, watches, and engages in required training for the role.
• Conducts stretch and recovery demos for new clients with pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, educate, and motivate members.
• Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Completes all administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Keeps current on credentials and industry trends.
