Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Personal Training-Hourly Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping them feel and move better. The role emphasizes building relationships, delivering education, and upholding Life Time brand integrity.

You will promote stretch session programs, document client progress, and stay current on certifications and industry trends while delivering exceptional member service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Certified personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for class duration and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax stretching.
• Leads clients through recovery sessions using assisted stretching, hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Reads, watches, and engages in required training for the role.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
