Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks a Personal Training-Hourly Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping them feel and move better.

You will build relationships, provide customer service, and promote stretch programs while upholding Life Time standards. The role involves leading stretch and recovery sessions, conducting screenings, and maintaining client records to drive goal achievement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Personal Trainer certification required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, comprehensive client programs to achieve goals and retention.
• Lead clients through assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques.
• Lead recovery sessions with assisted stretching, percussive tools, and breathing drills.
• Engage in required role trainings and maintain certification/education.
• Conduct pre-participation screenings and goal setting to tailor programs.
• Provide fitness floor assistance, education, and motivation to members.
• Promote and sell stretch session programs and other PT services.
• Complete administrative requirements for each client's fitness plan.
• Document all aspects of client programming.
