Job summary

Life Time is seeking a motivated Personal Training-Hourly Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping them feel and move better. You will deliver educational, supportive experiences that align with the Life Time Brand.

Responsibilities include leading stretch and recovery sessions, promoting services, documenting progress, and staying current on certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified personal trainer with CPR/AED certification.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for class duration and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques.
• Leads recovery sessions with assisted stretching, percussion, and breathing drills.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client's fitness plan.
• Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other training services.
• Documents all aspects of client programming and stays current on certifications.
