Life Time Inc. is seeking an Personal Training-Hourly Stretch Specialist to support members with Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, aiming to improve how they feel and move. You will deliver educational, supportive experiences that align with Life Time branding and standards.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and ongoing training while promoting stretch programs and other personal training services to members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Certified personal trainer certification is required.
• CPR and AED certification is required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and other recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Lead clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax.
• Lead recovery sessions using assisted stretching, Hypervolt, and breathing drills.
• Read, watch, and engage in required training for the role.
• Conduct demos for new clients, including screening and goal setting.
• Provide fitness floor assistance to ensure safety and education.
• Promote and sell stretch sessions and other personal training services.
• Complete administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Remain current on certifications and industry trends to advance levels.
• Ensure clients feel competent and connected through superior service.
