Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Personal Training-Hourly Stretch Specialist to support members with branded assisted stretch and recovery sessions. You will build relationships, provide education, and uphold Life Time standards to help members move better and feel healthier.

You will develop safe client programs, lead stretch and recovery sessions, and document progress while pursuing required certifications and ongoing training. Strong customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Certified Personal Trainer credential is required.
• CPR and AED certification is required.
• Assisted stretching certification (AIS, FST, or similar) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax methods.
• Leads recovery sessions with assisted stretching, percussion, and breathing drills.
• Participates in required training and certifications relevant to the role.
• Plans and documents client progress and sets stretching goals and plans.
• Promotes stretch sessions and personal training services to members.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Certified Personal Trainer

CPR and AED Certified

Assisted Stretching Certification (AIS, FST, or similar)

Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine or related field
