Job summary

Life Time, Inc. seeks an energetic Personal Training-Hourly Stretch Specialist to support members in achieving healthier lives. You will deliver branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, build relationships, and provide an educational, supportive member experience aligned with Life Time Brand.

You will develop client programs, lead stretch and recovery demos, and promote stretch session packages while maintaining safety and high service standards on the fitness floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Personal Trainer credential required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goals.
• Lead assisted stretch sessions using PNF/contract-relax methods.
• Lead recovery sessions with assisted stretching, Percussive device, breathing drills.
• Participate in required training and certifications.
• Assess clients and tailor stretching programs with goal setting.
• Assist members on the fitness floor; promote services and sessions.
• Complete administrative tasks for each client's plan.
• Stay current with certifications and industry trends.
