Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Managing Consultant to join our Defense and Security Segment in Washington, DC, leading workforce transformation for the United States Secret Service. You will guide a team in developing strategic human capital plans, including hiring, retention, performance management, and development, and you will direct stakeholder analyses and journey mapping to deliver actionable insights.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in strategic human capital transformation

Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST.
• ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience leading strategic human capital transformation and management consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in developing strategic human capital plans and implementation plans.
• Direct stakeholder analyses, personas and journey maps.
• Analyze human capital data and extract insights to inform strategy.
• Develop metrics to evaluate effectiveness of plans.
• Prepare and lead stakeholder discussions and leadership briefings.
• Provide direction to a team of 5+ in problem definition, analysis and requirements.
• Manage multiple concurrent assignments with timely delivery of products.
• Prepare briefing materials and concise assessments for senior leaders.
