The position requires managing multiple assignments with a focus on delivering accurate, timely outputs and ensuring quality across all products.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust prior to onboarding.
• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years leading strategic transformation with 5+ years in management consulting in human capital.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in strategic human capital and workforce transformation efforts.
• Direct stakeholder analyses and journey-mapping activities.
• Develop implementation plans and performance metrics for HR transformations.
• Guide teams in data analysis and deriving insights for workforce programs.
• Prepare briefing materials for senior leadership and clients.
