Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Managing Consultant to join our Defense and Security Segment in Washington, DC. This role leads workforce transformation efforts for the DHS CHCO and directs a team in developing strategic HR processes and implementation plans.

The candidate will oversee stakeholder analyses, current state assessments, and metrics to measure success, while coordinating briefings with senior leaders and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years leading strategic human capital transformation.
• 5+ years of management consulting experience in human capital.
• Experience directing a team on complex HR transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in strategic human capital and workforce transformation efforts and implementation plans.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses and develop personas and journey maps.
• Perform current state assessments and develop robust recommendations and plans.
• Develop metrics to evaluate effectiveness of transformation programs.
• Prepare briefing materials for senior leaders.
