Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Consultant to join its Defense and Security Segment to analyze workforce transformation data, conduct current state assessments, and help design future state recommendations to evolve DHS’s Office of Chief Human Capital Officer workforce support. The role involves creating communications materials and presenting findings to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in strategy, workforce transformation, and/or process improvement.
• 3+ years of management consulting experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust.
• Experience with DHS or federal government preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce transformation data and analytics.
• Conduct current state assessments and gap analyses.
• Design future state recommendations to evolve DHS workforce support.
• Create compelling briefings and presentations for clients.
• Support stakeholder interviews and analyses.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing assessments.
• Coordinate with Lead on project tasks/outputs.
• Develop comprehensive plans to implement program goals and manage resources.
