Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a strategic leader to drive client workstreams across a portfolio of advisory engagements. You will translate client needs into actionable tasks, oversee analyses, and mentor junior staff within a collaborative EY ecosystem.

The role combines strategy, transactions, and corporate finance expertise, with opportunities to shape solutions for technology and software clients in a hybrid US setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~18 months of related work experience.
• 18+ months experience leading with technology/software companies.
• Experience managing business strategy and diligence projects in complex environments.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken in a professional environment.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and commute to the office as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead work streams translating client needs into project tasks and deliverables.
• Manage day-to-day problem-solving and team analytical activities; liaise between consulting team members, Directors, Senior Directors, Partners, and clients.
