Job Title: Strategy Specialist (Bilingual)

Location: Edinburg, Texas

Terms: Full-time Position

Salary/Rate: $25 hourly + Performance Bonus

Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 9-6

Benefits: Comprehensive 30‑day training program. After 60‑day probation period: 2 weeks paid time off (increases yearly), medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k after one year of employment.

As a client‑focused legal strategy salesperson, your primary responsibility involves establishing strong client connections, identifying their specific legal requirements, and effectively presenting tailored legal strategies to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Strongly connect with clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering solutions and guidance on legal strategies that align with their goals.
• Serve clients in a consultative manner and hold empathetic and supportive discussions based on often difficult stories.
• Articulate legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner to clients.
• Present compelling proposals and recommendations that align with the client's best interests.
• Manage a sales pipeline effectively, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow‑ups.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
