Meneses Law is an Immigration Law Firm seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative to join our growing team. The Bilingual Sales Specialist will be an expert in understanding Meneses Law’s services and will respond to questions and queries about our services.

The ideal candidate has top notch sales and excellent customer service experience with attention to detail, goal driven, ethical, and dedicated professional. Salary Range: $20 per hour + commission; annual earning potential: $60,000-$90,000.

Qualifications

• Record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant data tools.
• Excellent time management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to type 45 WPM or more.
• English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Proper phone etiquette
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and make them feel welcome.
• Convert sales for our wide range of legal services. Meet monthly sales goals (KPIs).
• Provide recommendations according to customer needs or preference.
• Document sales by updating customer records.
• Stays up to date with sale trends for better services and achievement of sales.
• Have the emotional intelligence to have difficult conversations with clients to hire the firm for legal services.
• Closing the sale and follow-up through telephone and email.
• Contribute ideas to improve sales and work with management to implement improvements.
• Provide ongoing customer service by acting as the liaison between the client and Meneses Law team with weekly/monthly follow-up.
• Adherence to a prescribed script for consistent communication.
• Perform any other tasks to support daily operations.

• Greet clients and make them feel welcome.
• Convert sales for our wide range of legal services. Must be able to meet monthly sales goals (KPIs).

• Provide ongoing customer service by acting as the liaison between the client and Meneses Law team that will include weekly/monthly follow-up with clients after they check in by telephone. You will document conversations and report to management with any concerns clients may have.

Physical Demands:

• This position involves regular walking, standing sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking.
• Occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching
• May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment and viewing computer monitor for extended periods of time.
• Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
• The ability to move and lift items up to10 pounds.
