The role:
The Sales Consultant is responsible for guiding qualified leads through in-depth 1:1 consultations via phone, and/or video call, identifying their needs, and presenting the best service options to convert them into clients. This role requires strong sales acumen, empathy, and critical thinking to build trust, handle objections, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Operating in a fast-paced environment, the Sales Consultant must effectively track their consultations, update client records in the lead management system, and follow up on previous consultations to drive conversions. They will also handle contract creation and process initial payments using the firm’s payment platform.
The ideal person has a strong background in service-based sales within the legal industry, and possesses the adaptability and patience required for hour-long client discussions.
