A dedicated immigration law firm in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a Bilingual Immigration Attorney to lead and develop a high-performing legal team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in immigration law, with proven expertise in asylum, cancellation of removal, and work visas. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in immigration law.
• Expertise in asylum, cancellation of removal, and work visas.
• Track record of successfully managing legal teams.
• Expertise in asylum, withholding of removal, CAT.
• Experience with U-Visas, Adjustment of Status, consular processing, EADs, waivers, and work visas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team of paralegals and case managers.
• Conduct client consultations and strategy sessions.
• Review and ensure accuracy of applications.
• Provide strategic legal guidance to clients.
• Represent clients at hearings and interviews with confidence.
• Track progress, meet performance goals, and adapt to changing laws.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
• Licensed attorney in Texas, in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in immigration law, with proven expertise in:
• Asylum, Withholding of Removal, Convention Against Torture
• Cancellation of Removal (EOIR-42A & EOIR-42B)
• U-Visas
• Adjustment of Status (Green Cards)
• Consular Processing
• DACA
• EADs
• Advanced Parole requests
• I-751s
• Work Visas
• (Business Immigration experience is a plus)
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing legal teams.
• Superior writing ability and persuasive legal argumentation.
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented you spot errors others overlook.
• Comfortable and effective in high-stakes environments such as courtrooms and interviews.
• Proven record of winning cases.
