Job summary

Alaffia Health, a NYC-based healthtech startup, is seeking a Strategy and Operations Associate to help build the foundations of business strategy and scalable operations. You will work directly with the founders and executive leadership to design workflows, lead cross-functional projects, and drive operational excellence across growth, customer product, and corporate strategy.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of total experience in BizOps, GTM strategy, or sales ops.
• 1–3+ years in high-growth B2B environments or management consulting.
• Strong analytical, executive communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the leadership team to translate company goals into clear, measurable initiatives across functions.
• Lead high-impact efforts spanning customer operations, operational reporting and analyses, go-to-market strategy, pricing strategy, analytics, and operational systems design and scalability.
• Analyze business performance, identify growth and efficiency levers, and develop strategy plans to utilize these levers and create recommendations for executive decisions.
• Design and optimize core business processes to improve efficiency through automation, drive accountability, and improve visibility across departments.
• Create automated frameworks, dashboards, and reports that keep executives and teams aware of performance and priorities.
• Collaborate with the VP of Finance and Operations to develop materials that communicate company performance and strategy to stakeholders.
• Drive initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and high quality.
• Partner across the organization to build infrastructure, tools, and culture to support rapid growth.
