Job summary

Alleviate Health is seeking a Business Operations generalist to act as a force multiplier for the founding team. You’ll own strategic deployments, shape our operating model, and translate customer insights into product requirements to accelerate clinical trials.

You will design partnerships, drive efficiency, and turn complex challenges into repeatable processes for scale, joining a fast-growing startup solving a major bottleneck in drug development.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, or Strategy & Ops at a tech company or startup.
• Self-starter in ambiguous environments with minimal guidance.
• Exceptional analytical ability; able to model, synthesize, and communicate clearly.
• Entrepreneurial mindset demonstrated through side projects or prior ownership.

Responsibilities

• Owning and driving the success of strategic customer deployments, influencing product adoption, operational efficiency, and revenue.
