Sunbit is seeking a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate in Los Angeles who will connect executive vision with execution across growth initiatives. You will drive critical workstreams, diagnose business problems, and implement product changes and account strategies impacting revenue and customer experience.

You will partner with leaders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, owning forecasting and performance reporting and building scalable operational processes.

Competenze

• 2-3 years of Strategy & Operations, management consulting, or related experience.
• Experience in top-tier management consulting (MBB, Big Four) and/or in-house S&O in high-growth Tech/Fintech.
• Experience working with Product teams on customer journeys, workflows, and operational systems.
• Experience supporting operations or KAM teams (account assignments, territory planning, goal setting, performance reporting).
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analytics; able to navigate large datasets.

Mansioni

• Lead strategic work streams that shape Sunbit’s product offerings and market positioning.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance to execute the product roadmap.
• Shape the Key Account Management (KAM) strategy for core verticals (Dental, Car Dealerships, etc.).
• Run the KAM operating rhythm: account assignments, quarterly goals, territory assessments.
• Own reporting on goals, performance, and book-of-business analytics.
• Help build and scale the operating system of teams; identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
• Build data-driven insights and financial models to forecast trends for leadership.

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree in business administration / operations / economics
