Job summary

Innosight Consulting is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Strategy & Operations team. You will own significant workstreams, lead rigorous analyses, and help clients translate strategy into measurable results across industries including manufacturing, life sciences, aerospace, and energy.

You will work with senior leaders, manage client engagements, and leverage generative AI to enhance problem solving while developing executive-ready deliverables and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or related field.
• Experience owning significant workstreams and delivering client-ready results.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and structured problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Independently own and manage one or more project workstreams from problem definition through final recommendations.
• Structure complex business problems and develop hypotheses and workplans.
• Translate analyses into actionable insights and executive-ready recommendations.
• Develop high-quality client deliverables, including presentations and models.
• Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and interviews.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and contribute to business development.
