Job summary

Engine is seeking an Associate Director, Strategy & Operations to turn strategy into execution across the business. This high-visibility role connects divisions so the CEO can focus on strategy, market shifts, and growth.

As an individual contributor, you will partner with division leaders, influence stakeholders, and operationalize plans across multiple functions to drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate travel / TMC operations or strategy & operations.
• Track record of turning strategy into executed outcomes in a scaling business.
• Strong cross-functional coordination; influence without direct authority.
• Decisive, creative problem-solver who drives work to completion.
• Comfortable being client-facing and representing the business externally.
• Fluent with modern technology and operating tools; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize strategy from plan to execution with measurable outcomes.
• Drive cross-division operating rhythm across Sales, Operations, OBT, Account Management, and Accounting.
• Serve as liaison between Options Travel and Engine; coordinate fixes, pricing, and tech needs.
• Coordinate contracts and work with Engine counsel to keep agreements current.
• Engage with clients to resolve issues and support retention and growth.
• Identify and implement processes to increase scalability and efficiency.
• Support partner-network and global-fulfillment initiatives as needed.
