Join Parachute, LLC in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Strategy and Operations Manager who will drive operational excellence across multiple centers. You will serve as the liaison between Center Leadership and Corporate departments, shaping processes and ensuring quality compliance in a fast-growing, regulated healthcare setting.

You will oversee a portfolio generating significant revenue, continuously re-engineer processes, analyze KPIs, support audits, and mentor leadership teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a portfolio of centers generating substantial annual revenue and ensure operational excellence.
• Continuously re-engineer processes to scale with rapid growth and larger scope.
• Monitor quality policies and regulatory compliance across facilities.
• Analyze KPIs and nonconformance events to drive center and corporate improvements.
• Prepare centers for audits and coordinate audit responses with leadership and regulators.
• Guide on employee-related issues, support leadership development, and HR policy adherence.
• Ensure facilities meet safety, compliance, and cleanliness standards in partnership with corporate facilities.
• Assist with recruitment, training, and development through regular meetings and on-site visits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
