Join Parachute, LLC in Cincinnati is seeking a Strategy and Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across our growing plasma donation centers. You will serve as the bridge between Center Leadership and Corporate teams, shaping processes and ensuring quality compliance.

You will oversee centers generating multi-million dollars in revenue, iterate processes to scale with rapid growth, and lead audits, staffing development, and safety standards while traveling up to 75% as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy-to-execution roles in a multi-site, regulated environment.
• Strong data-driven decision making and analytics capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams across functions.
• Track record of improving processes and driving operational excellence.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% to field locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of centers generating multi-million revenue.
• Iterate and re-engineer processes to scale with growth.
• Monitor adherence to quality policies and regulatory standards.
• Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to drive improvements.
• Prepare centers for audits and support audit responses with regulators.
• Guide HR aspects including leadership development and performance.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and cleanliness in facilities.
• Assist with recruitment, training, and on-site leadership assessments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
