Join Parachute, LLC in New Orleans seeks a Strategy and Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across multiple plasma donation centers. You will serve as the primary liaison between Center Leadership and Corporate teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment to scale operations.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, process re-engineering, compliance with regulations, and developing leadership talent through on-site coaching and audits.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Experience operating in a regulated environment.
• Proven track record in process improvement.
• Strong communication with Center Leadership and Corporate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of centers that generate $15mm - $40mm in annual revenue.
• Iterate and re-engineer processes to support rapid growth.
• Monitor adherence to quality policies and regulatory standards.
• Analyze performance metrics, KPIs, and nonconformance events to identify improvements.
• Prepare centers for audits and assist in audit responses.
• Guide on employee-related issues and HR policy adherence.
• Ensure facility maintenance meets safety and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with recruitment, training, developing management talent through on-site visits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
