Join Parachute, LLC in Columbus, OH seeks a Strategy and Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across multiple plasma donation centers. You will act as the primary liaison between Center Leadership and Corporate teams, shaping processes and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will oversee centers generating $15–$40 million yearly while guiding audits, HR development, and improvements in performance, safety and quality. A fast-moving startup culture awaits a capable strategist.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of centers that generate $15mm - $40mm in annual revenue.
• Continuously iterate and re-engineer processes to support rapid growth.
• Monitor adherence to quality policies and regulatory standards across facilities.
• Analyze KPIs and nonconformance events to drive improvements.
• Prepare centers for audits and assist in audit responses with regulatory agencies.
• Guide on HR issues and develop center leadership through initiatives.
• Ensure facilities meet safety, compliance and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with recruitment, training and developing management talent.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
