Job summary

Join Parachute, LLC is seeking a Strategy and Operations Manager to lead operational excellence across multiple plasma donation centers. You will serve as the main link between Center Leadership and Corporate teams, driving process improvements and ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards.

The role requires data-driven decision making, strong leadership, and the ability to navigate a fast-growing, matrixed environment. Overnight travel up to 75% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of centers and drive operational excellence.
• Iterate and re-engineer processes to scale with growth.
• Monitor quality policies and regulatory compliance across facilities.
• Analyze KPIs and nonconformance events to identify improvements.
• Prepare centers for audits and support audit responses with regulators.
• Lead HR-related initiatives and develop center leadership.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with recruitment and management development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
