Job summary

Parachute is seeking a Strategy and Operations Manager in Houston, TX to drive operational excellence across a growing network of plasma donation centers. You will be the primary liaison between Center Leadership and Corporate departments, guiding process improvements and maintaining high standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee a portfolio of centers, analyze KPIs, recruit and develop management talent, and lead audits and inspections.

Qualifications

• Strong strategic mindset with execution focus.
• Ability to coordinate across Center Leadership and Corporate departments.
• Experience in regulated environments and audits.
• Data-driven approach to analyze KPIs and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of centers that generate $15mm - $40mm in annual revenue.
• Continuously iterate and re-engineer existing processes to scale with rapid growth.
• Monitor and assess adherence to quality policies and regulatory standards.
• Analyze performance metrics, KPIs, and nonconformance events for improvements.
• Prepare centers for audits and assist leadership in audit response actions.
• Guide and advise on employee-related issues, promoting fairness and HR policy adherence.
• Ensure facilities meet safety, compliance, and cleanliness standards with corporate liaison.
• Assist with recruitment, training, and developing management talent through on-site activities.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
