Responsibilities include analyzing KPIs, guiding talent development, and preparing centers for audits while maintaining safety and quality across the network. Travel up to 75% is required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a portfolio of centers driving $15mm–$40mm in annual revenue.
• Iterate and re-engineer processes to support rapid growth.
• Monitor quality policies, ensuring regulatory compliance across facilities.
• Analyze performance metrics, KPIs, and nonconformances to drive improvements.
• Prepare centers for audits and coordinate audit responses with regulators.
• Guide employee development and HR-related initiatives across centers.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and cleanliness standards in partnership with facilities.
• Assist with recruitment, training, and leadership development during site visits.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
