Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Strategy and Operations Principal Lead, Product Partnerships to own cross‑functional strategy initiatives and drive operational excellence across Knowledge & Information Partnerships. You will partner with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance and Legal to align on objectives and deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.

Responsibilities

Own cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring timelines and key deliverables are met across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
Drive operational excellence for the Knowledge & Information Partnerships (K&IP) organization through management of key business operations processes, including strategic planning, OKR setting and tracking, leadership agendas, and business cadences.
Develop programs and processes to solve business operations challenges, and influence cross-functional teams and leadership to bring them to life.
Create written communications and presentations with messages effectively tailored to different audience levels.
Communicate actionable insights to senior leadership by preparing and delivering executive-ready materials.
