Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence for the Knowledge and Information Partnersips (K&IP) organization by supporting key business operations processes, including strategic planning, OKR tracking, budget management, and maintaining the operating rhythm-of-business deliverables.
• Support the implementation of cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring timelines and key deliverables are met across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
• Leverage data to perform critical analysis, activate tools, and support the development of data or AI tools to drive efficiency and insights for the team.
• Identify and solve business operations challenges, proposing process improvements to enhance team efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
• Prepare clear, simple, and persuasive materials and narratives for internal stakeholders and leadership updates.
