Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
• MBA or graduate degree preferred.
• Experience leading complex strategy initiatives and defining structured solutions to ambiguous business problems.
• Experience utilizing AI tools and modern software to automate workflows and scale operating cadences.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
• Drive operational excellence for the Knowledge & Information Partners organization through OKR setting and tracking and leadership agendas.
• Develop programs and processes to solve business operations challenges and influence cross-functional teams.
• Create written communications and presentations for different audience levels.
• Communicate actionable insights to senior leadership with executive-ready materials.
