Google in Chicago is seeking a Strategy and Operations Principal Lead for Product BD and K&I Partnerships to drive cross-functional strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the Knowledge & Information ecosystem.
The role partners with senior leaders to define OKRs, identify growth levers, and deliver scalable analytics and tools to improve efficiency. This position may be located in multiple U.S. locations, with a strong emphasis on outcomes and impact.
This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus.

The Business Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
As the central Strategy and Operations team, you will drive strategy, operations, and business insights across Knowledge and Information (K&I) Product Business Development (BD) and the broader Partnerships organization. You will work cross-functionally to establish strategic Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), identify growth levers, and deliver operational excellence through analytics, insights and scalable tooling. The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $186000 - $269000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
