Job summary

Google is seeking a Strategy and Operations Lead for the Americas to drive cross-functional programs, define GTM strategies, and own end-to-end project delivery aligning high-level priorities with daily operations.

You will build scalable dashboards, influence product roadmaps with strong business cases, and cultivate trusted partnerships across teams to remove roadblocks and deliver growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory.
• MBA preferred with experience translating business problems into requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design a strategic cadence to ensure operational efficiency and accountable delivery.
• Define and monitor KPIs to track progress against business objectives.
• Cultivate high-trust partnerships to align priorities and outcomes.
• Drive execution with enablement and compelling business cases to influence roadmaps.
• Apply industry and product expertise to identify growth opportunities and scalable GTM approaches.
