Authentic is hiring for a Strategy & Operations role to own core financial operations and drive scalable processes across payments, collections, and reconciliation. You will lead automation initiatives, partner with engineering to turn workflows into software, and establish clear ownership across teams to ensure reliable operations.

The role emphasizes a proactive mindset, low ego, and ownership of outcomes as the company scales its tech-enabled insurance programs nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in high-intensity environments such as investment banking, consulting, private equity, venture capital, or startups.
• Proactive problem solver who seeks out issues and drives solutions with minimal oversight.
• Low ego and willingness to tackle any task to help the business win.

Responsibilities

• Own the outcomes across payments, collections, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance, setting priorities and driving improvements.
• Lead the design and implementation of tech solutions to automate manual workflows and increase operating leverage.
• Establish clear owners, handoffs, and documentation to ensure routine work runs reliably.
• Collaborate with GMs, Finance, and other teams to resolve complex issues and carry solutions through to completion.
