Abode Money is seeking an experienced Operations/Strategy professional in Austin to own cross-functional work streams between partners, Ops, and Engineering. You will scope, test and launch initiatives across counties and product lines, with a focus on data-driven decisions and scalable processes.

You will collaborate with leadership from day one, own decision-making, and grow rapidly by delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• In Austin or willing to relocate; in-person 4 days a week.
• 3–5 years in operations, strategy, consulting, partnerships or business operations, ideally at a startup or high-growth company.
• Have researched, scoped, launched and iterated on a project end-to-end with measurable results.
• Have worked closely with engineering to build things or managed external partners, ideally both.
• Data-driven approach; comfortable in spreadsheets and dashboards; SQL a plus.
• Use AI daily to move faster on specs, QA and reporting, and to build your own tools when Engineering’s queue is full.

Responsabilités

• Scope the Work: turn messy problems into clear requirements, edge cases and acceptance criteria for Engineering.
• Test Before You Scale: design small tests for new channels, markets and tools with metrics to decide scale.
• Own Workstreams End to End: lead a partner, market or internal tool from research to launch to results, coordinating teams without formal authority.
• Manage Partners: conduct check-ins, coordinate launches and maintain clear communication with partners.
• Launch, Measure and Iterate: track metrics post-launch and document learnings for the next version.
